Standard Shipping

  • Free ground shipping is currently only available within Canada on orders over $100.
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders will typically arrive in 5 – 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)

2-Day Express

  • Available in Canada, United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern will arrive within 2 business days for delivery within the continental United States
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern will arrive within 3 business days (not including the day order was placed) within the continental United States
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories will take additional time

Overnight

  • Available in Canada and United States
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern will arrive within the next business day
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern will arrive within two business days

Lotusvive.com currently ships to over 120 countries. Please note that the recipient is responsible for local duties and taxes.

Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

International Returns and Exchanges - The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and documentation needed to return the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after it has been returned to lotusvive.

Multiple Shipments

  • Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment. The total shipping and handling will remain the same - you will not be charged more than the total.

Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order

  • When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Delivery to domestic and international PO Boxes is currently not available. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO, please change your shipping country to US Armed Forces.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If you purchase an item from lotusvive.com which goes on sale at a lower price within 14 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you may receive a one-time online store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. To request the online store credit, you must contact customer service at orders@lotusvive.com within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase and provide your order number.

  • The Price Adjustment is only applicable for items purchased on lotusvive.com and will be offered in the form of original payment or an online store credit on this website only.
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount, or on sale are not eligible for a Price Adjustment.
  • In the event you receive a Price Adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Return Policy on this website, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the Price Adjustment, and excludes shipping and handling charges.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 14 calendar days of the invoice date for a full refund according to the following guidelines:

  • All returns MUST be purchased from lotusvive.com and returned in sellable condition (new and unworn), including original packaging with hang tags attached.
  • Please Note: All final sale items, including lotusvive underwear, may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds will include taxes, but will not include shipping and handling paid for the item, as shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, once an item is shipped.
  • Returns made within 14 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
  • If you have received an item from lotusvive as a gift, you can return it in exchange for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact Customer Service by emailing orders@lotusvive.com
  • If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the return will be issued as an online store credit.
  • If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact customer service at orders@lotusvive.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and to arrange for a replacement item to be shipped. There will be no charge for shipping on replacement orders.
  • If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return Label and wish to obtain one, please request one by calling our customer service department by emailing orders@lotusvive.com

How to Return an Item to lotusvive

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges via the courier of their choice. When returning items, please obtain a copy of the package's tracking number. Returns must include the customer order number and billing name.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
